Travelfully was founded with a simple belief: travel planning should feel exciting, effortless and personal. While owner Liz had a clear vision for how she wanted clients to feel, the challenge was translating that vision into a cohesive brand and customer experience.

The challenge
Like many independent travel businesses, Travelfully’s greatest strength was also its biggest challenge.
Liz had built a reputation for providing thoughtful, highly personalised support, but much of what made the business special existed in conversations rather than within the brand itself.
The business also operated across two distinct areas: a travel agency offering bespoke travel planning services, alongside a network marketing element. While both were important parts of the business, presenting them clearly without creating confusion for prospective customers required careful planning.
The challenge wasn’t simply to create a new logo. It was to develop a brand, website and customer journey that reflected Liz’s personality, communicated her values and provided a consistent experience across every customer touchpoint.
Understanding the business behind the brand
Before any design work began, time was spent understanding the business, its audience and the experience Liz wanted every customer to have.
Several themes emerged consistently throughout these discussions: care, trust, ease, personal service and a genuine passion for helping people create memorable experiences.
Rather than following travel industry clichés, the objective was to create a visual identity that felt calm, welcoming and authentic while still conveying professionalism and expertise.
The resulting brand identity was designed to capture the feeling of effortless travel planning, helping customers feel supported and reassured from the very first interaction.
Creating a seamless customer journey
Once the visual identity had been established, attention turned to the wider customer experience.
A new website was developed to act as the central hub of the business, bringing together information, enquiry pathways and supporting content in a clear and accessible format.
Particular focus was given to reducing friction during the enquiry process. Interactive logic-based forms were developed to guide visitors through a series of tailored questions, ensuring enquiries could be captured efficiently while creating a more personalised experience for prospective customers.
Alongside the website, a complete suite of supporting assets was created, including social media templates, quotation documents, booking confirmations, terms and conditions and business cards. This ensured the Travelfully brand remained consistent wherever customers encountered it.

By creating a consistent suite of branded materials, Travelfully was able to present a more professional image across every stage of the customer journey.
